Ablexis Announces Licensing Agreement with Voyager Therapeutics

Ablexis grants rights to Voyager to use the AlivaMab Mouse platform for research, development and potential commercialization of antibodies

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – October 23, 2018 – Ablexis, LLC, a biopharmaceutical company focused on licensing its AlivaMab Mouse technology for antibody drug discovery, today announced a license agreement with Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VYGR). The non-exclusive license grants Voyager rights to use the AlivaMab Mouse for antibody drug discovery and development. Financial terms of the license include an upfront payment, development milestones and a royalty on product sales.

  • Sequence diverse panels of mAbs
  • Epitope diverse panels of mAbs
  • Challenging targets such as GPCRs
  • Challenging design goals such as IC50 values of very low picomolar
